The IGS Water Conditioner is available 24/7. It works well, safe, cheap, and requires no chemicals, fuel, salts, care, refills, or other charges.

It prevents tools from breaking, scale from building up, and fixes the problem at its source. Treat hard bore or well water before pumping it into your holding dam for livestock and farms.

Never drill with hard water if you want to remove as much rock as possible without damaging the rig. IGS Water Conditioners help you spend more time in your pool instead of cleaning it.

Overview of Side Stream Setup

A side stream setup is an auxiliary water treatment system installed next to the cooling tower with its own recirculating pump. It is an efficient solution for treating water without modifying the primary system, particularly for large cooling towers with 10-12” pipes.

Components of a Side Stream Setup

Basic System:

Pump > IGS Conditioner & Static Mixer (with 1-3 injection ports).
Advantages of a Basic System:

- Treats minerals in water, softening it.
- Allows chemical injection into a turbulent mixing chamber.
- The static mixer ensures thorough mixing of chemicals with water, continuing with every recirculation, even without active injection.
- Increases chemical availability, mitigates biofilm, and reduces habitats for Legionella growth.
